Learn to cook healthy and cheap meals for yourself and your family

Let the award winning chef Catherine Maxwell show you how to cook simple, nutritious and tasty food on a budget.

There will be two FREE sessions for 15 people at a time. The sessions will last 90 mins and run from 10:30am-12noon and then 1pm-2:30pm.

You’ll get to eat the meal you cook, and take home a slow cooker worth £20.

To book, call 0800 038 5722 or email WarmandSafe@cse.org.uk and tell us which session you’d like to attend.

Catherine will also be doing a cookery demo at Salisbury Market on Tuesday, 6 September

These cookery sessions are organised by Warm and Safe Wiltshire. We help people spend less on gas and electricity while making homes warmer and less damp, and reducing cold related illnesses like asthma.

We’ll be able to help you with switching supplier, and saving money on your energy bills. Come and say hello (bring your bills)!
Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service will be on hand with fire safety information and demonstrations. At some events they’ll bring a fire engine!
