We are Warm & Safe Wiltshire
We help residents of Swindon and Wiltshire live in warmer, safer and healthier homes.

We provide in-depth telephone support and home visits to help people save money on their gas and electricity bills, and to get funding for heating and insulation improvements in their homes.
We can also refer people to wider support services, for example for debt advice or to make sure you're claiming the benefits you need. Visit this page to find out about all the help available.

Warm & Safe Wiltshire is a service provided by Wiltshire Council and Swindon Borough Council in partnership with the Centre for Sustainable Energy.
Are you over 60, have young children or disabled? Sign up for the Priority Service Register here. It's free, and gets you extra support in case of a power cut or interruption to your water supply.

Warm & Safe Wiltshire is managed by David Miles (Swindon Borough Council), Richard Francis (Wiltshire Council) and Shareen Elnagy, Karn Shah and Lisa Evans (all from the Centre for Sustainable Energy).
